All services are delivered entirely digitally. Reports, strategy documents, content drafts, link acquisition documentation and technical recommendations are delivered by email or shared document platform. No physical goods are shipped. No on-site visits are required.
After payment confirmation, you receive an onboarding email within 24 hours. Campaign work begins within 3 business days of access being granted to required platforms. Delays in granting access do not affect billing start dates.

MaxSEO PRO operates on US Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm. Emails sent outside business hours are responded to the next business day. Onboarding emails following weekend or holiday payments are sent on the next business day.
If a deliverable is late beyond the stated timeline without prior communication, contact hello@maxseopro.com. We will investigate and provide the deliverable or issue appropriate compensation as described in the Refund Policy.
